Hello! I'm Dr. John Marvel — a cybersecurity strategist, lifelong technologist, and relentless advocate for smarter, accessible security. I hold a Doctorate in Computer Science with a concentration in cybersecurity, where my research focused on equipping small businesses with effective, budget-conscious cybersecurity solutions. My dissertation tackled the challenge of securing digital environments without draining financial resources — because security shouldn’t be a luxury.

I also hold a Master’s in Information Technology, and I’m certified in CYSA+ and Security+, blending academic depth with real-world readiness.
